Proficiency Level

  • Develop the organisation's overall negotiation framework, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Lead critical, high-stakes negotiations involving strategic partnerships, major disputes, or significant investments.
  • Coach and mentor others in advanced negotiation skills and strategies.
